These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wiviy mobile application and website operated by Zuntra Digital Private Limited.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wiviy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate information
• You must not be banned from the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate eligibility rules.

3. Account & Verification

You must register using a valid mobile number (OTP verification required).

You are responsible for maintaining account security.

4. Platform Purpose

Wiviy is a social discovery and connection platform. We do not guarantee matches, relationships, or outcomes.

5. User Responsibility

All interactions are at your own risk. Always use caution.

6. Acceptable Use

• No harassment, abuse, or threats
• No fake profiles or impersonation
• No scams or financial fraud
• No explicit or illegal content
• No minors allowed (strict policy)

7. Safety Policy

We use moderation systems including AI and manual review to detect unsafe behavior.

However, we do not guarantee complete safety or verification of users.

8. User Content

You own your content but grant us a license to use it to operate the platform.

We may remove content that violates our policies.

9. Privacy

We process your data according to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

10. Termination

We may suspend or delete your account for violations without notice.

11. No Background Checks

We do not conduct criminal background checks. Users must take responsibility for interactions.

12. Limitation of Liability

Wiviy is not responsible for:

• User behavior
• Offline interactions
• Losses or damages

Maximum liability is limited to INR 100.

13. Intellectual Property

All platform content belongs to Wiviy. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
